How many people can join a meeting?

Do guests need an account or a download?
No. Guests join from their web browser using the meeting link. They don’t need a Talkroute account or any app.
How do I start a meeting right now?
In the Meetings screen of the desktop or web app, choose New Meeting. Copy the link and send it to whoever should join.
Can I schedule repeating meetings?
Yes. When you schedule a meeting, set it to repeat daily, weekly, or monthly, with an end date if you like.
How do guests get the invitation?
Talkroute emails each participant an invitation with the meeting details, the agenda, a link to join, and a calendar file they can add to their calendar. You can also copy the meeting link and share it any way you like.
